Thank you for your message. Below are a few tips to get your SpyraTwo or SpyraLX repaired:

Please perform a reset if you have a SpyraTwo:

1.	Press the ON/OFF button for at least 5 seconds and two square brackets will appear on the display
2.	After that you have to pull the trigger
3.	Switch on your SpyraTwo again and check the display. Is the error code still displayed?

If your SpyraLX is not shooting or pumping properly, please try the following troubleshooting tips:

1.	Please pump and shoot at the same time by pulling the handle all the way out and pulling the trigger at the same time as pushing the handle back in. This can act as a reset.
2.	Try pushing the trigger 15 to 20 times back to back. This should normalize the pressure inside your SpyraLX.
3.	If you do not feel a resistance when pushing the trigger, you can try flicking it forward. It should be usable as intended again, after.

Orders are shipped from our warehouse from Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 8am (PDT) will be sent out the same business day.

Hi there, 

The SpyraOne was the first high-tech water blaster of Spyra. This wonderfull water blaster has received an amazing update with the SpyraTwo. 
The SpyraTwo is a fully electronical water blaster with the SpyraBlast technology. With a full tank you can shoot 22 SpyraBlasts.
Every time you pull the trigger, you don't release a stream of water, but an individual and coherent blast of water. 
To reload the SpyraTwo, just dip the front of the SpyraTwo into a water source and fully load and repressurize automatically in 10 seconds.
With the tactical display you can track the tank volume and your battery status at all times. 

The SpyraLX is a mechanical single blaster. This means non electronical. 
 It´s the first mechanical water gun with our signature SpyraBlast technology that lets you shoot 18 powerful, individual water blasts.
Reload and repressurize at any water source in seconds with our Spyra PressureTech.
