Sure thing! We understand that sometimes things can go wrong. If one of your products is defective, don't panic! Simply use our returns portal to request an exchange.

For orders from the EU and UK, you have up to two years from the date of receipt to request an exchange. US orders can be exchanged within one year from the date of receipt.
